Video storage is for files waiting to go out: once a post is published, its video stays for 30 days so you can reuse it, then the file is cleared to free your space. Your posts, stats and links stay.

Each platform also has its own limits per account, and Hitpost follows them for you: Instagram allows up to 100 posts a day per account (Hitpost warns above 10, and keeps new accounts to 2–4 a day while they warm up), and TikTok sets a daily cap for each creator. YouTube uploads are limited while Google reviews Hitpost's daily upload allowance.
