Refund policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Hitpost is operated by Aiventi, 1 Bellevue Palace, 98000 Monaco. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, VAT and refunds.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Hitpost isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment (or of the first payment after your trial) and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. The same applies within 14 days of the first payment of a yearly plan.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments for periods that have already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or Hitpost could not provide the service because of a fault on our side.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
