Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Prosperitas SCP, 1 Bellevue Palace, 98000 Monaco (“Hitpost”, “we”), for the use of hitpost.app. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Hitpost lets you schedule and publish posts (such as reels, trial reels, carousels, stories and photos) to social media accounts you connect, and track clicks on short links. We may improve and change features over time.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and give a real email address. Keep your password safe and use two-factor login. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by teammates you invite.
3. Connected accounts and platform rules
Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You must follow the rules of each platform you post to (for example Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, TikTok's Terms of Service, and the YouTube Terms of Service, which you accept when you connect a YouTube channel). Platforms decide on their own about their accounts and content: they may limit, review or suspend an account, and they can change or stop features we rely on. We cannot guarantee reach, views, results or that a platform will accept a post, and we are not responsible for a platform's decisions.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process (for example convert video formats) and publish it only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post. Do not use Hitpost for spam, misleading content, or anything illegal or harmful.
5. Trial, plans and payment
New accounts may start with a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep scheduling. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as the seller of record. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
6. Availability
We work to keep Hitpost running and posts on time, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or delayed, for example for maintenance or because of a platform outage.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits, followers or opportunities), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco, without prejudice to consumer protections of your country of residence.
